"Beautiful little apartment excellent for 2 people for a weekend in Malaga. Very well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Quiet, clean and the owners thought of every detail. We got a bottle of wine, almonds and beautiful little tomatoes with ibérico for a welcome snack. Location is close to every highlight in the City. Highly recommended "

"We loved the breakfast buffet options. This included omelettes, fruit, meats and cheese, bread, etc. Service was excellent in the lobby and restaurant. Beautiful view of the city and nearby cathedral from the rooftop. Perfect location on calle larios. Five out of five stars. "

"Unfortunately, a Palace it was not. The rooms were tired with torn or frayed rugs and fabrics. The furniture was in poor condition. The bathroom had mold in the shower. We had no hot water the first night. After that the hot water in the shower was a light brown color. No one asked us how our stay was when we left. I think they know the answer. The view from the room is of a narrow alley looking into another room."

"Great property, fantastic location, so easy to get to everything. The room was beautiful, the rain shower was amazing, and I couldn't fault anything. Breakfast was also great, again, I couldn't fault it. We did have one issue, upon leaving the room on the first day, the door wouldn't lock, we pulled it to, but could re-open without the need of the key. My partner went down to reception to report it, one of the ladies on the desk came straight back up with her to check it out. She instantly went...

"A miserable failure. This is a remote acccess with a code only hotel that handles service issues from a call center. Our first interaction with the call center was dropped after 30 mins and the second call went just as long and was also unproductive. In the end, the call center was unable to send me an building access code because we had reserved and paid for a 4 person room (for more space) but we were only 3 people. "

"The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast for a buffet was all fine but not outstanding for a 5 star. I became violently ill after eating breakfast the first day but recovered later in the day. I feel it was something bad in the omelette. Lots of bread but not a lot of flavour. Our room was nice but the view was just a deserted side street ( they say city view which is sort of misleading ) Although the weather was cool and windy we spent a good amount of time on 7th floor...

"Great location, everything you need is nearby. Everything was reasonable clean and the cleaners came a couple of times a day. The pods are good, although you can hear other people coming and going or using the toilets, doors banging so I recommend ear plugs. The welcome drink was a nice touch and a great ice breaker for meeting other travellers. Sadly, I didn't get to use the pool due to being unlucky with the weather in March. "

"Nice location and area close to all tourist attractions and transport. Breakfast was really good. Roomms were a bit smaller than we expected but we had got the bunk bed option for kids and it felt a bit claustrophobic. But I guess thats typical european hotels. Staff was helpful and courteous."
