Location is great. Flat is a bit old but acceptable. Quite spacious and suitable for large groups. Free WiFi and Netflix for the guests. We enjoy our stay at Iceland very much!

Great location, free parking on street of apartment, very roomy and clean. No elevator, on 3rd floor, in a very narrow spiral stairway. Bathroom shower can barely fit without touching shower curtain and hot water smell of sulfur.

Overall a nice property. Would be helpful to explain that key box is on shed wall and that key has to work a certain way in the lock -- we tried for 30 mins to get in. The shower curtain has orange mold on the bottom, and the striped blankets and couch pillows all smell and need a wash.

Paid an extra fee for having a third person sleeping on the couch, showed up and only enough towels and blankets for 2 people. Also the shower drained so slow that if running for more than two minutes would start to flood the bathroom. Got a hold of the contact who said they would come and look at the shower and bring additional towels and blankets but they never showed up. All three of us had to shower by turning the water on and off, one of us had to sleep with multiple layers of clothes to stay warm at night.

Excelente localização!

A localização é excelente. O apartamento é grande e bem arrumado, porém o banheiro é muito pequeno. Não tem elevador então levar as malas até o segundo andar é bem cansativo, leve malas pequenas. Também não tem recepção o que deixa o check in e check out meio confuso. Foi minha primeira vez em apartamento então senti bastante falta da arrumação diária dos quartos que não existiu. A localização vale as dificuldades.

Although the property was available via email, the phone number provided was misleading. The phone prompts you to email and in case of emergency there was no way to reach them promptly. I was unable to open the key box for almost half an hour and my email was not replied. Terrible check in! The property itself WAS NOT AS PICTURED. It was a small stand alone rim shed cabin with tiny windows on the ground level. There was hair, used toiletries, dust, hair on bed. At this time I was tired and lost any hope for them to accommodate any requests. They still hold my 1 day stay credit. Although I want to go back to Iceland soon, I’m not sure about my future experience with this property

Not exactly as advertised.

The property worked however it was not the same place as some of the photos show. There were window coverings missing in one room, and a door missing to another. The door was leaning against the wall. The thing that bothered me the most was the add said that there was a washing machine located in the bathroom but they didn’t have one. If you have a problem with steep stairs this may not be the place for you. The apartment is in a good location and had enough beds. This is the reason for four stars.

It is very confusing for booking 101 Apartment. I booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for 4 of us then my friend want to join me. So I go into Expedia.ca and found a studio for them with the same name under 101 Apartment. As I never been to Iceland before and did not know 101 Apartment is only the management name with a manager looking after couple of units in different locations. This unit that I booked for my friend is quite far away from my own unit and my friends speak no English. I called the management lady and she said the owners refused to switch another studio which is close to my location. So we decided to stay together with 6 people in my 2 bedrooms apartment and never go to this studio. It is very very inconvenient for all of us. As a result my friend paid the studio without using it. I cannot let my friend with language problem and little disability and being so far away from me. Can I have the refund from the studio that he didn’t stay during his trip? Your reply is highly appreciated! Sylvia

The property is contempary and beautifully decorated.Supermarket near by. But is quite a distance from the city centre but we enjoyed walking in . Location may not be for everyone.

Great location very spacious

The apartment was very spacious plenty of room. But there was no washer and dryer as stated, could have used extra towels but the location was great the owner was very responsive and helpful

시설은 좋았지만 숙소 위치가 전날 바뀌었습니다.

호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 숙소의 위치를 보고 적당해서 예약했고 이 위치에 맞춰서 flybus도 예약했는데 숙박 전날에 메일이 오더니 다른 곳에 위치해있는 아파트로 알려주더라구요. 시설이나 숙소 위치 자체는 나쁘지 않았지만 사전에 생각해둔 위치가 아니라서 버스도 전화해서 새로 예약하고 메일을 좀 늦게 확인해서 기존에 나와 있는 숙소로 가는 헛걸음을 했습니다. 위치를 확실히 문의하셔야 할 것 같아요.
