Odd hotel. I understood that it was a staff Leeds hotel, in terms of no reception, no staff around at all, except maybe you would see a housekeeper and they offered a WhatsApp number for concierge,, but they were very very slow at replying, if they even replied at all. We asked about recommendations for tours, they set us to ‘Get your guide’ app, like okay fine but then we asked about storing luggage on departure they said we can store at the hotel between 11am and 3pm, great however when asked how we go about doing this, not reply. Just a little poor. Of you are offering a WhatsApp number, reply’s should happen.
In terms of the room, average at best, clean, apart from the shower where we found hair on the wall….
The room was warm, comfy beds, gave us everything we needed especially since we were out and about all day but just need a few touch ups and need better customer service if offering a WhatsApp concierge, may aswell not offer this if as a hotel you’re not good at replying.
