I had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Reykjavik. The staff were incredibly responsive and always replied right away whenever we needed assistance. Everything about the stay was comfortable and convenient, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I ever return to Reykjavik in the future, this will def be my first choice. Highly recommended!

The place was fine- clean, convenient location. There were minimal amenities (ex no creamer for coffee or shampoo/conditioner). Check in was easy and overall it was fine. Felt overpriced for the offering, but so did a lot of other places. Note- we had a toddler and the fire extinguisher and oven were at the worst possible height (not an issue with the place, but fair warning for those traveling with little ones).

The room was perfect. Accessing it at 01.30 am took a while as we were very tired and couldn’t immediately find the entrance. It felt very secure and was a great central location from which to explore Reykjavík and very close to the pick up bus stop no. 9 for tours.

Sauberkeit und Lage waren top. Jedoch gab es ein Problem mit dem Frühstück, bei 3× Frühstück wäre kein Kaffee am Abreisetag vorgesehen, nachdem mir am Vortag eine Nachliefrung versprochen wurde. Für so ein hochpreisiges Apartment ein no go. Der Mitarbeiter war wenig bemüht und ich fand dies sehr kleinlich.

Great apartment complex in the city center. Just a few walking minutes away from all major shops & restaurants. Great kitchen & bathroom. The beds were very comfy. Overall it was very good value for money. Some people complained about the self check-in which was very easy & smooth for us. Would stay here again!

The check in time is too rigid. We arrived at the property around 10 am. The check in time is 4:00 pm. We were not even allowed to enter the building until after 3:30 pm. That happened after countless back and forth messages with the property management office. We had to carry our large suitcases around and roaming the streets for more than five hours. The location of the property is very central and convenient. The studio we rented is pretty clean and well equipped. It would be nice if there’s a microwave in the room.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. I spent 3 nights as a solo traveller - felt safe, it was very conveniently located near bus stop #9 for all my tours, and there was a convenience store and restaurants just across the street. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and having a kitchen in the suite really helped. I would there again.

This was our least favorite place that we stayed in Iceland. The hallways smelled funky, kind of like a grandma’s closet. The in-room guide said that we could request a complimentary refill of coffee but when we asked they said would not provide any. They do not have onsite parking which was unclear when we booked our hotel room. This was the least hospitable hotel that we stayed in.

Nice place

Great location, can be a challenge to find if you rely on Google Maps. Better off driving to Hlemmur Mathöll, the entrance is across from there. Overall a nice room, easy self check in. Would stay there again.
