Nice apartment in Rejkjavik

The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The location is near several good restaurants and a grocery store. Downtown Reykjavik is only a 5-10 minute walk away. The stairs were a bit steep and the parking was very tight, but at least it has onsite parking - most other places I saw seemed to make you find parking on the street.

Excellent property in a prime area. Check in was smooth and communication with owners was easy. Only thing to be aware of is it is slightly tricky stairs to access, so have to be comfortable with stairs and carrying your luggage up them. Overall will stay again.

the property was very nice and well-kept. It was also within walking distance of many different stores and restaurants. While the check-in time was a little late in the day, communication back and forth about the ability to check in early was great.

Perfect spot for exploring Reykjavík!

It was absolutely lovely from beginning to end! We loved the apartment in every way! The view was beautiful. The curtains really blocked out all the light which we appreciated. We only have two small suggestions. A coffee table would have been nice to rest a drink on while sitting on the couch. It would be great if there were more steaming options than just Netflix. But overall the place was truly a delight!

Poor upkeep

My first room smelled of sig and had disgusting stairs on the furniture. I was given an upgrade and a New studio. Generally I found the entrance areas and general upkeep poor. Central location, though!

Mostly perfect. Room had a decently stocked kitchen and centrally located to the downtown area. Room didn't have parking but it was a sport walk to free parking so that wasn't an issue. The room had almost everything it needed to to feel comfortable and the convenience was stellar. The only two minor things I would note is, since we were in a room with a full bed and a table, it would be nice if there were chairs for the table (not much options for if you're eating in the room). That and maybe a few more things in the kitchen for cook wear (like a baking tray or tongs). Otherwise a lovely room for the price, and I'd consider booking again for my return trip.

2 night stay

The hotel was fine. We unfortunately had the top floor. Best views but tricky humping your luggage up the winding stairs. Never saw anyone working there. Check in and out was easy. Thankfully through emails we were able to get our room 2 hours earlier. Free parking is pretty much not happening unless you get lucky or rent the 4 person room. If you can get by without a car it will be less stressful in the city.There is a nail spa on the ground floor of this building. Had a great massage there!!

We enjoyed the area, in the heart of Reykjavik. We understood that parking was included in our booking. When we arrived there was no parking spot for our apartment. After communicating w one of the contacts, we were told that parking was only for 4 person apartment bookings. I had to text back and forth for the first day, which was frustrating since I had to retell my problem w diff contacts w each text. but I was happy that each person who texted was helpful. We were lucky that no one was booked in the 4 person apartmt so we were able to use that parking spot for a few days but still had to find street parking for the last day. Not an easy task! The property was clean except for the windows being old and chipped. The bed was comfortable. We needed earplugs since we were on top of the main entertainment street but we expected that.

Awesome apartment. Can't bet the location. It's within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and rainbow rd. If you rent the larger apt, it comes with onsite parking which was super convenient. Only negative i can list is that there's no microwave. Highly recommended.

There was no warning that the property was completely off to be accessed by car - all of access streets were closed due to some street festival. We drove in circles until we finally found a parking building. In addition, the room didn’t have enough towels for 2 people.
