"Do NOT stay here!!!!! My husband and I booked it online thinking it would be a quaint place to stop in our way back home/Tahoe…and it was horrible! It smelled horrible (maybe it was the incense they were burning), the front desk didn’t speak English, the key at time didn’t work, and it was vacated by individuals living there which made it loud and awkward. It I could give it 0 stars I would!!!! It was late, we had been driving for hours and didn’t think it would be that bad, but in hindsight...

"The property was really a nice get-a-way, and the rooms were very clean. We ended getting a couples massage, which was very nice, but a little pricey compared to higher end spas, who charge similar pricing, although it wasn’t out of the realm of value. I thought the dining and amenities, other than the spa, were sub-par, so I would recommend dining out elsewhere in Lodi. The restaurant onsite is closed on Tuesday and weenesdays. The Mason Lodge has a limited breakfast menu and the price was $60-$70 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. Overall, we would recommend the place for future lodging, now that we know how to manage the other aspects."

"I really like the location, the facility itself was really good and convenient for me. Staff was nice. My room was nice but I did notice that the toilet was dirty inside like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. But everything else was clean so I don't know if that was forgotten or what. But other than that everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. They have waffles and you can add a fruit syrup. Although I couldn't eat it but they did have biscuits and gravy but because the gravy has sausage I couldn't eat it because I'm a vegetarian. But it was A pretty good experience overall."
