"The room (shepherds hut) was great just the right size for two of us and the hot tub was huge. We didn’t need to ask for anything but saw the staff at the other huts and lodges cleaning etc, always very chatty when we saw them. Location was a little bit difficult to find but once there we were fine. Very close to Elan Valley and we had a view of one of the dams from out hut which was beautiful. All in all we had a great stay."

"We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "We are both well through our 80's so to find our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift was an unpleasant surprise. Fortunately, with help from the receptionist, we were able to endure the climb. Good, pleasant room overlooking the beach."

"Lovely helpful staff, comfortable, clean room (superior room) and the continental / cooked breakfast was good. I stayed overnight on a Friday arriving at 7pm and the available parking in the hotel carpark and local area was extremely limited so I would recommend arriving early. Do not rely on being able to connect to the hotel free WiFi. I could not connect at all and was told by a staff member that it was most likely due to the bar / restaurant areas being busy. I am on O2 and could not get any phone or 4/5G signal. However, if being able to connect to WiFi isn’t important I would recommend the hotel."
