"Front desk staff not at all warm, engaging or the least bit interested in the guests. Checking in, no hello, no good evening, no welcome to the park plaza, Checking out was the same, gentleman looked up and said, you’re good to go. No thanks for staying with us, no how was your stay. They were very disinterested. That being said, location was good. Hotel showing some signs of wear and tear. Beds comfortable, linens nice."

"Although I love staying at the hotel and we stay there every time. I am disappointed that when I accidentally left my new jumper in one of the lounge or restaurant areas it was not there or in lost or found. Even though it was my fault for leaving it there should be some kind of surveillance or something. Not all people are honest and this time I lost out. We enjoyed all of the hotel though, the restaurant, the 12th floor lounge and the room service. Thank you"

"Wir haben unser Hotel geliebt, die perfekte Lage etwas außerhalb von dem Trubel, am Wochenende war Paddington dann aber doch super belebt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer war toll, mit einer kleinen Kuppel. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die U-Bahn alle 3 Minuten unter dem Hotel fährt und man das deutlich hört und spürt, was uns nicht gestört hat und zum London Feeling gehört :-) Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders der nette Herr der Nachtwache :-) wir kommen...

"The room wasn't clean. Bed had pee spots on it. When we told them about the stains, they told us that's normal. I showed them the pics of the stains at couple of places- they were in shock. Sent someone to clean up the room. Staff was friendly but they saw how much luggage we had. We were so tight in the room. There wasn't any place to walk, let alone sleep nicely.
