"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"hötel très bien situé, lit confortable, bon petit déjeuner et personnel de la réception excellent en particulier Saloni Les moins : peu d'espace autour du lit, une marche pour entrer dans la douche et il manque un crochet pour accrocher sa serviette de bain surtout lorsque l'on souhaite la conserver quelques jours pour être "green " je reviendrai"

"The rooms were very poorly laid out and didn’t have any glasses, fridge, shower door c shower storage, or extra pillows. We asked for pillows three times and never received any. The hotel staff was not polite and seemed bothered when approached. Worst part was the smoke detector was set off by the shower steam and we had to change rooms at 10pm. No accommodation apology was offered and they spoke to us as if it inconvenienced them. the location was the only positive."

"Initial problems with key card not working but staff sorted quickly and efficiently. Room bright, fresh and clean, beds very comfortable. Shame no pillow protectors though. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which surprised me for a 4 star rating. Drinks machine at reception for additional charge Great location, would stay again "

Personnel nombreux et inexistant. Petit dejeuner mediocre. Chambre et lit minuscules, ce ne sont pas des lits doubles! Cet hotel ne merite meme pas 2 etoiles "

"I got exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t trying to splurge and spend my entire travel budget on the hotel. So I opened for this hotel. That being said, I didn’t mind the shared bathroom. Wasn’t something that I’m used to, but it didn’t bother me. There weren’t any washing amenities or breakfast, but there is a laundromat nearby. It’s conveniently located next to a few cafes.
