"No toilet in communal areas. Staff did not even know how to find our room e.g. how to get there, which floor or lift to take. Room and location were perfect though."

"Do NOT stay in this hotel. There were nothing but issues from the time I checked in to the time I left. Almost everything in the room was either broken or malfunctioned at some point during our stay. The shower drain was clogged, the shower head fixture was broken and only sprayed water at the wall, the phone was disconnected so you could not contact the front desk for help, the air conditioning unit was either leaking water all over the bed or making horrible clanking sounds when powered...

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "La habitación estaba impecable, el hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y muy cerca de la estación Paddington al estar tan cerca de la estación escuchas claramente cada que pasa el metro/tren, en nuestro caso no influyó en absoluto pero si estás pensando en alojarte y tienes el suelo ligero no pidas habitaciones en la planta baja. El personal de front-desk siempre fue muy amable. El hotel es precioso y vale 100% la pena. "

"Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly. "
