Hotel murah di Marthall

"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level. The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it. The location was ideal."

Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. "Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking. Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.)
