"From arriving at reception to leaving the stay was exactly what was advertised, We were made very welcome, everything was clearly explained, advice given on our restaurant’s locations etc
The room was spotless and functional, the only gripe was the bathroom lighting, trying to do make up was v difficult, but would definitely stay again & have already recommended to friends

"Very polite and attentive staff throughout our visit made us feel like vips, the room was large and air conditioned but was scewed shut. Only downside was the plugs by the bed were not standard 3 pin so could not plug in cpap machine so had to request an extension lead - note these are not the only hotel to not consider this."
