Excellent room for the price. Only downfall was we arrived during a heatwave and couldn't turn the aircon or shower temp to cool (preset). That said the staff were lovely and I'm sure it would have been fixed if I'd reported it, but by the morning didn't have time to get dressed again and go downstairs before rushing to catch train home.

The staff was amazing but it was so hard getting ready in the room as it was so dark, the room needs more lighting, the tv didn’t work so the staff were so helpful they gave us a speaker to borrow.. the beds were comfy we just struggled as a group of girls getting ready in such a dark room but the staff couldn’t of helped us more if they tried x

Nice, clean and tidy with cool themed rooms but this hotel is right in the middle of party-ville so expect loud music opposite (until 5am) if staying over a weekend. Very sleep deprived after two night’s staying here.

Awful not clean at all . Hairs on the bed ,broken glass pieces on the floor, lots of spider webs, damp smell and not to mention no running hot water . Just scroll on .

If you like sleeping above a nightclub with bass pumping until 5:00am every morning then this is the place for you. I should have looked closer past the positive reviews of this hotel. There was no hot water for showers either. Overall it feels much more like a hostel than a hotel. I would not recommend it at all.

Staff made the stay, the reception staff both day and night were so helpful and made us feel welcome. Room we stayed in was dated,but didn’t really matter, the staff made up for the room aesthetics

Big room, hot tub was fine but couldn’t get the overhead shower to work, only real downside was the noise from the nightclubs that were very close by, went on until the early hours.

Clean room no complaints plenty of room was put in a bigger room free of charge. hot tub was great staff was brilliant came straight away when ran out of something.

Lovely big,clean room,could do with sorting the air con out but it is very warm at the moment so think anything would struggle would recommend the property and the staff were helpful

A great overnight stay, perfect room and location with Eva in the reception been one of the most helpful and nicest receptionists I've had the pleasure of meeting. A credit to the hotel.

A quirky hotel with large room and was fine for two nights - very noisy outside for most of the Saturday night - but comfortable beds and clean bathroom with good shower. Friendly and helpful staff - I would stay again but it is all a little odd!

The staff were helpful and the room was ok very big and clean but not much natural light however we hadn’t realised it was a party hotel in the middle of the lively part of Liverpool. It was a Sunday night so was it was fine and we had a nice time. The location is very central but we were glad it wasn’t Saturday night!

This hotel does not have many amenities and does not supply food on site but the manager, Peter and the rest of the staff made my stay very pleasant. Now it is true that the hotel is in the heart of the night club district and many folks partied to the early dawn but it didn't bother me. That section of Liverpool is wild and fun and I would go back there again. John M
