"The hotel and room is amazing - no complaints there. However the service at the hotel bar and restaurant is absolutely terrible. I ordered a tomato soup and a drink which was easy enough - I waited more than 30 minutes for the soup and had to ask several times if my drink was still coming which it finally did just as I was finishing my soup. Then I waited for another 30 minutes to catch my server who kept bypassing me with her back turned to me ... I finally gave up and asked someone at the bar to help me settle my bill which was 30 Euro for an appetizer soup and a single drink. I've been to this hotel several times because the location is perfect and the rooms leave nothing to be desired, it was just a service issue this time around. "
