"I booked our one night stay through Expedia. There was no instructions/directions on how and where to take the shuttle service. We contacted hotel via Expedia messaging but no answer. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport. It took severals calls until someone answered and was able to provide the information. Pick-up was not in the arrival area. It was at the medical center a short walk from arrival door #5 where other hotel shuttle service picks up guests. Aside from this snafu, everything was good. Hotel seems brand new. Staffs are friendly. Room very clean."
