"I have had nothing short of a perfect stay here. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating, the food has been delicious, and all of the amenities were perfectly clean and up to park. I cannot recommend this place enough."

"Plenty of free parking, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. My grandson enjoyed the pool. It was too cold for me. Breakfast was average, but it was what you usually find when you get free breakfast with your lodging. The woman refilling the food was pleasant."

"The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down"

"I made my reservation last minute. I think I arrived around 2 a.m. Check-in was painless and easy. My toom eas very nice, clean, comfortable, and no weird smells. The last time I stayed here they had just bought the building and were doing updates. I was interested in breakfast and one of the employees walked me all the way to the restaurant. "Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair. Breakfast was excellent. I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered."

"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."

"The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. "I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. The employee at the front desk told me that the room is given to the guest dirty and that I have to request to get it cleaned. I've never heard anything like this before.
