Beautiful hotel, will definitely be returning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and sun loungers were gorgeous and comfortable. There is a supermarket ~1 minute walk away, which is super helpful. The room was spacious and clean, comfy bed, beautiful view out to the ocean. The hot tub was clean and stylish. The food was at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. Faultless stay, we loved it.

This is definitely the best place in which I had the chance to stay in my whole life. The staff is amazing (not just nice, not just helpful : amazing!!). Everything is so clean, welcoming and they think about all to make your stay just perfect. I want to thank them one million times, the only thing we regret is not to stay longer. Special mention to Ellie who is just a HEART. See ya ! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Johannes. Excellent and clean accommodation. Lovely pool area - always a sunbed. Lovely food available. Great location but you will need a car to get around and enjoy Rhodes. Would definitely return.

Boutique is probably the best word for these apartments and suites, other than Wow!. From our first encounter with Johannes to the time we left he, and all the staff were on hand to help, or just make your stay enjoyable. The complex set back from the Rhodes Town to Lindos Road is a very smart, clean and organised place. From your first site of the entrance, to the pool, restaurant and bar area you can see that the care and attention to get it where it is, and more importantly, looking great day after day. We had a Suite (formerly Honeymoon) perched above the main complex. This wasn’t a problem as you aren’t disturbed by what’s going on around the pool, which is usually kids playing. Rooms were sparkly clean, towels very fresh, air con was responsive and working well. Tea and coffee facilities with a decent sized cup and a fridge which works very well. Wet room in the bathroom which is a good size but not massive, but very smart and functional. The grounds are great and tidily kept. An onsite gym and church compliment the rest. Breakfast is served from 8-10.30 and is a light continental with cheese, ham, salami, eggs, bread, fruit and Greek yogurt. We only had one evening meal there, the owners Moussaka which was great. There is a BBQ night on a Friday but we missed it as we were on our way home. They also have car hire but I’m not sure how many and what type. All in all a fantastic place that is worthy of a five star rating.

Great place to stay, a bit confusing to find the location at first as you need to drive through to the back of the driveway, and they should try to do something about the ants inside, but otherwise it seemed great, new, in good condition, and beautiful.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern und schön angelegt. Sie wird direkt vom Eigentümer mit seiner Familie engagiert geführt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Mitte zwischen dem Ortszentrum und dem Strand. Beides ist in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf dem Gelände gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Außerdem ist die Anbindung per Bus Richtung Rhodos Stadt, sowie Richtung Lindos sehr gut. Ebenfalls ist es sehr praktisch, dass ein Supermarkt wenige Meter entfernt ist. Wir sind mit unseren 2 Wochen Aufenthalt in Johannes Boutique Apartments sehr zufrieden und würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren 10 Tage in einer der Luxury- Studiosuite und es war ein Traum. Die Betreiber Familie spricht deutsch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher und das Bett wurde immer schön gemacht. Die Matratze und die Kissen sind super bequem. In der Minibar gab es einige Getränke und eine Flalasche Wein aufs Haus. Vom Flughafen sind es ca. 30min mit dem Auto. Afandou ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Dort gibt es diverse Restaurants und Bars. Auch der Strand von Afandou ist sehr schön und es gibt 2 Liegen mit Schirm für 15€ am Tag. Das Meer ist kristallklar und warm. Alles in allem ein Top Urlaub.

Wir sind eher zufällig auf Johannes Boutique Apartments & Studios gestoßen – ein echter Glücksgriff. Vom Flughafen sind es rund 20 Minuten mit dem Auto (ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es aber direkt in der Nähe). Praktisch ist auch der Supermarkt, der fußläufig schnell zu erreichen ist. Johannes und seine Familie sind großartige Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Johannes hatte zudem super Tipps für Ausflüge parat. Unser Zimmer mit privatem Pool war ein absolutes Highlight: modern, blitzsauber und mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Morgens gab es ein kleines, liebevoll zusammengestelltes Frühstücksbuffet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, der große Gemeinschaftspool lädt zum Entspannen ein, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Auch die Events wie der BBQ-Abend sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt – genau zwischen der Innenstadt von Rhodos und Lindos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiter. Vielen Dank an Johannes und seine Familie für den schönen Urlaub!

Hervorragende Gastgeber. Sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend zugleich. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick war wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man genau zwischen der Innenstadt von Rhodos und Lindos ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in max. 10 in Faliraki. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Anlage. Außerdem ist die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und der große Pool ist ebenfalls sehr einladend. Für einen schönen Aufenthalt kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen !!

Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit & gute Laune

Wir sind noch NIE so herzlich voller guter Laune bei einer Anreise begrüßt worden. In unserem Zimmer mit Whirlpool war zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein & eine gefüllte Minibar ohne Berechnung vorzufinden. Diese kleinere familiäre Anlage wird vorbildlich geführt. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle frische Auswahl. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Dinner Abende „Greek Dinner by Mama“ oder „Greek BBQ Night“, unglaublich lecker. Man fühlt sich vor Ort nicht wie im Hotel sondern wie zu Gast bei Freunden. Alle Mitarbeiter versprühen 24/7 gute Laune. Wir freuen uns wenn wir nochmals Urlaub auf Rhodos machen sollten wieder dort zu buchen. Lieber solch tolle Familienbetriebe buchen als große überfüllte Ketten.

Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch und sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Besitzer (Yannis) ist omnipräsent, sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Johannes eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Von hier aus sind die Strände Tsambika, Antony Quinn Bay, der nördliche Teil von Afandou Beach, Grand Blue Beach und Stegna innerhalb von 20 Atominuten erreichbar.

Wir sind zufällig auf Johannes Boutique Apartments & Studios gestoßen. Vom Flughafen sind es 20 min mit dem Auto (ein Auto mieten ist von Vorteil, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es jedoch direkt in der Nähe). Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Johannes und Matthias empfangen und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privatem Pool. Das Zimmer war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer wurden fast täglich gereinigt und Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der private Pool war ein super Highlight! Dieser wurde auch häufig gereinigt. Morgens gab es zum Frühstück ein kleines Buffet. Es wurde alles angeboten um gut in den Tag zu starten. Das ganze Team ist einfach wunderbar herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Gäste waren so begeistert und sind teilweise schon seit 20 Jahren Stammgäste. Der Moussaka Abend und das BBQ sind sehr zu empfehlen (Johannes, seine Frau und das restliche Team bieten Abends unter den Gästen ein gemeinsames Essen an, zu einem sehr fairen Preis!). Wir haben schon nach dem ersten Tag gesagt, dass wir definitiv wiederkommen. Auf jeden Fall für eine längere Zeit als die eine Woche. Nochmal herzlichen Dank! 😍
