"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. Also, the gym had minimal equipment and not up to the expected standard for such a large and luxurious hotel. An outdoor pool with bar and snack-bar would have been nice too!"

"Great historic building, with superb public transport options within metres. Rooms are a good size, and comfortable. Good modern bathroom an suite. An excellent breakfast buffet, with lots of choice. We also used the restaurant, which offered good options at reasonable prices. All the staff we mer, were friendly, bright, and helpful."
Campanile Annecy Centre - Gare

"We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."

"My son stayed for one night camping the rest of the time and this hotel was pure luxury . Their room was upgraded the breakfast was great and they did a spa treatment. Perfect"

"Excellent ! Nous avons passé une nuit d’étape dans ce très bel hôtel pour prendre l’avion le lendemain, c’est devenu rare en France dans cette gamme. Tout est au rdv pour être qualifié excellent : confort, propret é, calme, accueil, prestations. Je recommande fortement ! Rien à redire ! Il faut être véhiculé pour y venir. (Un seul bémol c’est la moquette qui fait éternuer les personnes soumises aux allergies)"
