Hotel Bisnis di Rhyl

"David and Elvira are fantastic hosts who ensure that your stay is very personal. The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!"

"Great place close to popular tourist locations in North Wales"

"If hotels wish to charge a supplement for dogs this needs to be clearly shown in the expedia information but it was not. This is no blame on the hotel as expedia did not make it clear as I would not have travelled that way"

"Caravan very clean and in a good place near the beach. Bedroom on the small side. Needs to be made clear about charge for using facilities on site. Overall good."

"Had a strange smell, reasonably clean, beds ok! Staff at main reception were rude and not very helpful with booking activities and found it costly to access swimming"

"Cooker broken, fire worked then didnt!!! Very little crockery.flooring needed a clean don’t even think it was dirty just very old"

"Specifies no dogs yet the caravan smelled of dogs there was dog bowls a dog mat and a sign in the caravan saying clean up after any pets, not good when you have allergies. Also no cleaner had bedn in before our stay, if they had they nedd sacking"

"This caravan should not be getting advertised and should not be allowed to be used,it is disgusting and unsafe, awful caravan and nothing like the pictures advertised,do not book"
