"Great, nice staff, this is the only strength of this hotel. Dining options are very poor and the prices not worth for the food quality - high prices for a mediocre food. The breakfast quality is mediocre. There are a lot of maintenance issues inside the room: i got several electrical problems (much of recharge sockets are out order) and this well documented by travellers, the rooms are pretty old and not well maintained. Buttom line: this is not 5 stars hotel, other 4 stars hotels much better...

"Just back from a very relaxing stay at the Sand Suites. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful from the most junior to the most senior. The food was very good. Our room was spacious and we had a beautiful view overlooking the pool area. We hope to return some time in the future and would definitely recommend it."

"It was a nice hotel in a quiet resort. Hotel felt a little tired, we had a light fitting collapse in the bedroom and some of fixtures and fittings were a little worn. But staff were generally friendly although it seemed that they paid more attention to French people (we were one of a handful of English speaking families).
