"I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did.
The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind.
It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang.
What stood out most was the service....
"I am from Bali and was not expecting Batam have beautiful ocean until I come to this property. My room was facing the ocean. It was emerald blue water and can be seen clearly. I wish i stayed for longer as this has been a long trip before i went back from Batam."

- Kondisi handuk sudah sangat tidak layak - warna sudah tidak putih melaikan abu-abu ke kuning
- Shower rusak melorot dan bocor... sangat tidak nyaman untuk mandi.
- gedung sangat tua - dan sangat berisik...
- sarapan seperti sedang di pasar .. tidak nyaman dan pelayan sangat cuek, tidak perduli dengan tamu yg kebingungan...
"Clean, spacious room with an adequate pool and nice gym. Breakfast buffet was also nicely curated. Short walk to One Batam Mall although no proper road crossing. Would definitely stay again!"
