"The staff is great, but this property needs a refresh. I have stayed in other Barcelo properties and was disappointed in the condition of this one. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and should be either cleaned or replaced. The rooms can use a refresh as well."

"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there.
