Um hotel considerado quatro estrelas no quarto não avia uma garrafinha de água um quarto com bastante espaço não tinha uma secretária para o computador mas também não tinha Wi-Fi no hotel o colchão era muito duro a roupa de cama essa era boa. "Everything about this hotel was incredible!! The room, the staff, the atmosphere.....top notch!! They offer many GF options, which I was thankful for!! We also booked the wine blending experience, which was a must do!! Our guide, Sofia, was knowledgeable and super friendly! The stafff were incredibly efficient and always so kind. I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this...

"The room was clean and large with a nice deck, unfortunately a hammock took up the entire deck. Our dog was welcome at this hotel. We were under the impression there was a bar/lounge, snack bar or deli and room service. All we could find was a fridge with drinks that you wrote down what you took. There is a restaurant 450 meters down the hill, we ended up driving to the grocery store. Lovely place, but we were expecting more."
