"The view!!! While deciding where to stay in the Azores, I do not think the reviews were clear about the view at this location. Truly, the view was amazing. "The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room.
