"This hotel is awesome and feels like a true resort. It is well maintained and the staff was attentive. Our room was clean and ready to check in upon our arrival. Loved the general hotel amenities, the destination fee perks, and the location! Would stay here again in a heartbeat when in the area! No photos captured of the hotel alone (just family photos) but I did feel as though the pictures provided on the website were accurate."

"Very nice place, roof top pool and bar was very nice. Clean room and bathroom. Only complaint was the light in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough, but maybe I did y understand how to use the fancy mirror. Staff was very pleasant."

"The colony hotel is a boutique hotel with a Palm Beach flair. Great pastel colors throughout the hotel. Clean rooms and a manicured property. We had a beautiful junior suite that was very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is small but what do you expect when the hotel was built in 1940s. Yes we did run into a few issues. One is we had to have three different Keurig coffee makers in order to get one to work. However, the staff responded immediately and they also offered hot coffee...

"I like the closeness to a main road. The rooms look like they need updating. Dishwasher would get full of water as if the sink was draining into it after bringing up the first day it was fixed but it happened again it was brought up again no one fixed it and our room didn’t get cleaned garbage still in room when we came back from an all day conference to find no one came to clean. Disappointing when we paid over a 1,000.00 for 3 day stay."

"Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience."

"Julio at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We also had a wonderful shuttle driver named Robert. He made us feel as though we had are own personal tour guide. Kudos to both for excellent customer service."
