The hotel is very clean and in a great location. However, the staff’s customer service could be improved, as the team didn’t seem very welcoming. Breakfast was good, though no one greeted guests in the food area. Water is only available for purchase, which is unusual compared to other hotels that offer complimentary bottles. The hotel has potential but would benefit from improvements in guest experience.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, they went out of their way to make our stay rememberable. Dean (the bartender) was fantastic!!! I would recommend staying there and the next time we're in WPB, we will stay there!!!

Hyatt is a pet friendly hotel, which is what I like about them; But, the location is in downtown and we were able to hear cars going through with loud mufflers, reving it up all night. The hotel itself was very nice, but the wait for the elevators was ridiculous. Also, expect to pay for parking at this location, $30 a night.

The hotel it’s ok, for a quick stop, but if you planning on stay for vacation time it’s not that great, in my experience the ac unit in my room the cover was loose so it rattles all night long on top of that next morning there was a big puddle of water under the ac unit due to condensation, it was never take care bed was fixed but even than it didn’t got dry or fix.

The room was very clean, and spacious with amazing staff and great breakfast. The only negative was the sink was in the living instead of the bathroom. Otherwise everything was good except for that.
