"We stayed one night and for the most part there is nothing to complain about. The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly, and with the exception of a few missed spots (nothing that would stop us from staying again) the room was clean. The property is worth the money and if in the area again we will be back."

"The location was clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than precieved on the website lol but still clean and comforting... the staff was kind and helpful and funny... (love the week day morning lady that has been there for 17 years... she is cool!) Definitely will be back.... PLUS there is a texas shaped waffle iron in the breakfast room!!!!! "The room was clean, the shower had good water flow, and the kitchen with refrigerator was nice to have. The I didn't like that the window only had sheer curtains in the center and would not block the sun light."

We ended up giving up and since we were there basically just to sleep we just had someone stay in the room at all times to let others in. "The resort itself gets five stars. The staff unfortunately only get two stars. Our room wasn’t ready until 5 o’clock because they didn’t have any clean ones available. We tried to eat at the Landshark Bar and Grill. The restaurant had about six tables already seated, and there was one group ahead of us waiting to be seated. The two hostesses looks so confused and took about 15 minutes to seat the other couple and ourselves, we were seated about 10 minutes and no one came over to let us know...

"The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great.
