"The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over...

"Cleanliness maintained with daily room service. Good service. Property itself needs to be updated. There was no air conditioning. We were there in the peak heat of summer and it did cool somewhat and just enough to be able to sleep without covers."

"Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. "Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason"

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."

"Che dire, bellissimo poter soggiornare all’interno del castello di Thun finemente ristrutturato per accogliere le camere di questo boutique hotel. Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. Ottima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, immancabile la treccia svizzera e la possibilità di scegliere tra molti piatti preparati al momento."
