"The hotel is historic so parts of it are a little tired as expected; however, the rooms were clean and spacious for the area. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The air conditioning worked well, which was important for us since it was July. One staff member was super helpful and the other was awful. We asked him for a good pastry place and he recommended Dunkin Donuts! When I asked him about places that might work with my food allergies, he said “nowhere, because Swiss food is cheese and bread. Not helpful at all! However, the woman working was incredibly helpful and mapped out a day for us that really leveraged our time and was amazing! And it wasn’t too touristy, but a real recommendation to experience the area. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so I can’t speak to the food quality. Overall good experience and I would probably stay there again."
