"So when we first arrived, the property looked fine when we got there the lady at the front was her first day. Nothing bad about her, but she had no help and thrown in the deep in which I find that very messed up. When we got into the room, we put the blinds down and there was a few roaches on the inside and the floor was dirty. Then last night when we went to go check out the lady at the desk had an attitude and horrible customer service. We wanted to get to our room, but because she was mopping, we couldn’t walk on her floor. She had a terrible attitude, horrible customer service, and how are you supposed to check out when you can’t get to the front desk because someone’s so worried about a floor that people are gonna be coming in and out of the hotel all through the day and night. Felt like she was more concerned about her phone than to do her job and actually have the proper manners to talk to people because I will never stay there ever again because of her not the company but her. The lady that was thrown in the deep end on her first night. I applaud her. She did amazing. She was very sweet kind and very professional. I have never experienced a customer service I ever had at night when I was trying to check out ever."
