"I paid extra for a view of the river from 19th floor, and it did not disappoint. However, there was no hairdryer, no exhaust fan in bathroom. The restaurant’s staff never came to seat us for breakfast…we waited ten minutes then went next door to Starbucks. For what I paid I expected better ..."
