"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Overall very good experience, room is nice and clean but noise cancellation is really bad. It hard to sleep at night if the other rooms keep making noice. "

"Awesome place to overnight for our next flight. The staff were friendly and alert. The rooms, elevators and entire building was clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic and perfect for our needs. We appreciated the airport shuttle. The AC in the rooms worked well and also provided a gentle white noise just the way we like. Beds were very comfy and the halls were quiet at night. Oh, and Chuck's Roadhouse was a really fun, delicious and easy choice for our group (mixed ages) to spend the evening...
