"We had a great time, the hotel was beautiful, the room was ample in size and king bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly and check in process smooth. The only criticism was around cleanliness, ie bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the floor.It was swept but very dirty."

"Wonderful hotel, within walking distance of the Olde Mystic Village and several restaurants. There is a beautiful, unique courtyard with couches and fireplaces that you can lounge next to with a drink and enjoy the feeling of fresh air while not being cold. Great place to end the evening with a sweetheart or a friend!"

"I didn’t get in until late. There was a young girl waiting at the desk. She checked me in promptly and efficiently. She was very nice and thorough. The room was nice, clean, and ready for me to go to bed. Breakfast was stocked with several choices. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you"

"My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice location. Very easy to get into downtown area..just get in car, make a right turn at stopsign and drive straight! Our stay was very nice! Staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast food was very good for continental breakfast. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Only criticism which isnt really a criticism because I knew thst I was staying in a very old hotel, but the room was on the smallish size compared to what you might be used to. Didnt matter to us..we LOVED our VIEW! Looks out at beach. Very nice. Right down the street from Cliff Walk so if you like to walk..you’ll love the proximity! So easy to get around from this location. I recommend it!"

"The pool and sauna are great.The pool should be heated not just the room.Not fun to swim in a cold pool.Furniture around the hotel is worn.Hallway carpets should be cleaned more often if you are going to charge the money u do.The room was nice it’s just a little worn.The hotel rooms and furniture around the grounds should be updated but the place is clean"
