"Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it also was not close to amazing.
Right as you walk into the lobby, the smell of the hotel’s pool smacks you quickly and it’s pretty potent - either the pool is over-chlorinated and/or the ventilation is poor.
In my room, the coffee machine was missing parts (the basket) and couldn’t even be used. On Saturday morning I went downstairs to tell the woman working the desk, and she just looked at me and said “okay”. The coffee maker was never fixed, no part was brought, etc. I also let the gentleman working the front desk about this during my checkout. He was definitely the most hospitable staff member I encountered - he provided excellent customer service.
Otherwise, the room also wasn’t seen or tended to by any staff on Saturday either to do anything for towels, sheets, etc.
Would I stay here again? Probably not - there are multiple hotels in the area around the same price range."
