There were stains on the mattresses, burns on the sheets and comforter, crumbs all over the place, a layer of dust on the hairdryer, and eveything was just generally worn. It was cheap but not sure it was worth it.

Requested a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. The elevators did not work and was on the 3rd floor. If you need to extend do it via Expedia they have much higher in house rates. The room was partially cleaned had stained floors and the table was stickey. Would not recommend you absolutely get what you paid for and no more.

The buildings and surrounding parking lot appear to be condemned and abandoned on first sight (at least one of the buildings actually is condemned and boarded up w/posted notices all over it). The staff if there is one is simply unavailable and unresponsive. The elevator in the building my room was in on the 3rd floor does not work ( I can personally confirm that it hasn't worked for at least 1 year). The room itself could have actually been nice if anyone gave minimal attention to repairs and housekeeping. However the current state is filthy, unkept and in need of maintenance/repairs. There was a plumbing leak in the middle of the night that soaked through the carpet where the carpet and flooring meet between the entry/bathroom & the sleeping area. The bedding was dirty (unchanged!), stained and had cigarette burns in my non smoking room that had no smoke detector! Dirty tissues and other debris.There was mold in the carpet and bathroom, exposed plumbing, no bulbs in some of the fixtures, melted parts of dirty appliances (hair dryer, microwave and AC unit) Will post pics if allowed. A broken desk chair that dumped me into the floor! Front desk was informed but recieved no response or efforts. I will say the towels appeared to be new, there is a bare pattio/balcony that wasn't mentioned in ad that I appreciated and the nearby Marcco's pizza is impressive, delicious, friendly, professional and accommodating. All just at the fringe of Scotts Addition.

This place was absolutely awful and I would never recommend it to anyone ever the whole wall next to the toilet was covered in urine and piles of dirt in the room, they gave us key cards to a wrong room, the whole first and second floor hallways had a thick cigarette smog

I didn’t feel safe, the area is very dangerous and during the night tou can listen to people walking outside and there is a big window with visibility to my room… the room have 3 doors but tou only have average to one of them, because the others don’t work, and it makes it not safe at all!

Parking was easy. However, the property is in terrible shape. This is not a hotel, it is a motel. The man at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. The room door wouldnt open with the key card.

100% a crack shack … do not stay. As soon as we checked in I was told our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken and no other rooms available, mmk. When we pulled around the back to our room, there was a hooker in a green ripped up stripper outfit hollering at us from one of the balconies asking if we lived around here… there were multiple run down men smoking out front of the lower ground level rooms that I believe they lived in. We’re not even in the building yet … The front doors were broken and wedged open, there were boards up everywhere much like you do for abandoned buildings. So then we needed to walk up cold stairs to the fourth floor, which it wrecked of marijuana and there was a junkie more than likely a prostitute hanging in the stair way … the room was dated and old, the faucet to bathroom sink just hanging, … the bed was wobbling like crazy, marks of substance all over the comforter and pillows. I left and bought new blankets and pillows for the night, along with disinfecting spray, wipes and air purifier. The room wrecked of smoke the entire time despite all the nonsmoking signs hanging all throughout the hall. With the elevator being broken I can’t imagine anyone going up there to clean anything … especially not the two sleeve ball men working the front desk.

The trash in the hallway was an interesting thing though i didnt mind it much. Must be an unspoken rule that the trash is taken out that way as room service won't enter your room till you check out. Each sheet or cover on the bed had at least one cigarette hole burned through it. I could tell cause it was hard and charred around the edge of the hole. The place semi-regularly smelled of weed as well. Other than that it was an adequate stay for a convention over the weekend.
