"I always stay here whenever I am in Melbourne. A great quality hotel in a really good location. Rooms are great and the breakfast buffet is of high quality. Having said that, having one person on reception on a Friday evening which is a key check in time meant a longer than acceptable wait for a 5 star property of this calibre. The hotel was extra busy due to the football finals… the breakfast staff struggled a little with keeping the food options stocked. While disappointing neither of these...

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal.
