There was no hair dryer. The woman at the front desk was LESS than friendly, but she was efficient. The room was clean, but lacked things like a bag for dirty clothes, enough soap, etc.

Regency Inn Richmond
As far as Staff is wonderful, the room need!! I would say full renovation! It’s seams like staff cleaning the room, but all overused and looks 50 years old.
