Resor di Richmond-upon-Thames

"Always a nice stay and lovely breakfast."

"Great view, but no elevator. Carrying our heavy luggage up te stairs with a bad back was challenging."

"Beautiful and quiet room, well appointed. The front desk people, a man on check in and a lady on check out, were not very friendly or helpful. Restaurant was delightful. The hotel is small, behind the restaurant/pub with the same entrance. It was much further to the open entrance to Kew than I had expected."

"A nice neighborhood British pub with rooms."

"Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable. Everything we needed for a quick overnight stay."

"Great location for the tube from Hammersmith, very clean room, helpful and friendly staff, good selection of beer and food. Internet service was not great but otherwise a excellent place"

"Great pub atmosphere"

"Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way"
