"The remote was missing from the TV when I checked in. They sent a maintenance guy to program the remote. After he left nothing worked on the remote except to change the channel. At 11:00 pm the tv spiraled and would not load any more shows. At breakfast, I had asked for a glass of ice water. They told me there was no water and that I could go around the corner and drink from the drinking fountain. Very disappointing. The bacon was fried to the point that you could not eat it. "Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)"

"Pool was green and cold water. Could not have been safe to swim in. We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool and we couldn't even use it. Also the parking lot and surrounding area seemed very unsafe. Would not recommend for anyone."

"The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. "The hotel was filthy. The carpeting in my room was so soiled that it was black and the pattern couldn’t even be seen. I saw the maid using a broom to sweep the carpet not a vacuum cleaner. The screen was ripped so I couldn’t open the window for fresh air. It smelled of smoke. It was rundown in general, chipped furniture, dirty bathroom. There were two dogs in the room next door that barked constantly. My room didn’t get cleaned on day 2."
