My top hotel in Ridgecrest

Great stay at Heritage Inn. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk was very nice and professional. Room was clean and spacious. I plan to stay here anytime I am in Ridgecrest.

We enjoyed the fitness room, pool, and hot tub. When we checked in, it was nice that they provided water and free snacks as well as a simple breakfast. It was convenient for us because we were breaking our journey between Lee Vining and San Diego up.

Really liked that they refreshed the room daily. This is a pet-friendly hotel but is kept very clean. It's an older hotel, but the room was nice. My only complaint is that they offered only gel soap instead of bars.

Layout was good. Pool was nice. Carpets need replacing alone with the bath tubs. Need a nice dinning area. Breakfast needs improvement. Overall it was good and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room that we stayed in was large and well kept. The price per night was reasonable.

Price is good for what you get. I've stayed here twice, and both times I've gotten large, comfortable rooms. There's plenty of parking. It is quiet since it is a few blocks off of the main roadways. Some aspects of the room feel a bit worn out, though everything was functional. The nearby food options (as in right next door) are limited, though a short drive gets you to main roads with more options.

The beds in the room were hard and squeaky. The carpet inside the room was very dirty and had stains. There were pubic hairs left in the shower. Coffee was very watery. The lobby seemed to be the nicest area of the hotel.The Customer Service person at the desk was very nice. We did leave our stay early and went to another hotel.

Había una fiesta todo el día en la piscina, gente bebiendo no se podía usar la piscina porque estaban todos jugando allá, ruido toda la noche con los borrachos ja q mi ventana daba a la piscina, así q pésima noche.
