"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast plan added to your soon is a great value! The breakfast Buffett is good and accommodating to several meal plan types. I do not recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner though. The food is vastly over priced “bar” style food. Do not under any circumstances order the ribeye! They have no idea how to cook a steak and it is $41!
Otherwise the Hotel is fine for the business traveler. I was there for 3 nights on business."

"Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms."

"We needed a place to lay our heads for one night in Phoenix not too far from the airport and found it at the Downtown Hotel. It's more a two-story motel with a central parking lot monitored by video surveillance.
