"The place was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Cookies were delicious upon check in! Beds were comfortable and shower was very nice. Location is great with many walkable restaurants and shops. A Harris Teeter directly across the parking lot! Breakfast food was very good. I enjoyed the homemade oatmeal and the mini egg omelets. The coffee was not very good and the warm water to make tea was lukewarm. There was no decaf tea option. I would definitely...

"Great location in downtown Wilmington. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Good location. Hotel old and overpriced."

"Nice newer property. Good location. Staff very helpful."

"Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again."

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"

The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

"My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...
