"The rooms were clean except for the bathroom having mold in the shower. There is no air conditioner or heat. They gave us a hand size fan for the room. We were unable to sleep all night with the heat. We couldn't open the windows as it leads to courtyard where anyone can walk by."

"The main problem was that the air conditioning in our room was not working. We asked for them to fix it but they could not and could offer us another room. The temperature in our room was over 26 degrees which made the stay uncomfortable. They did offer a fan. Given the kind of temperature in Spain ..."
