My first evening I had dinner in the Restaurant. Staff were very helpful and attentive. However I have a few negative points on Food. My filled chicken breast was delicious but the fried potatoes and mixed vegs were very oily! I didn't like them, however the Head waiter took back my plate to the kitchen and replaced with steamed vegs and rice. My soup was served with a Dessert spoon. I asked the waiter she said they did not have soup spoons?? Second evening I utilized Room service. Only one sachet of dressing for a whole full plate of Greek Salad.
I had a beef steak. I found VERY tough and chewy, not succulent and tender as mentioned on the menu unfortunately. I struggled to cut it with the "butter knife" provided. Also the presentation was a messy. The steak served in the same plate with rice was not appetizing. The room service waiter was cheerful and smiling.
My room was clean. However the Shower Gel bottle by the shower was completely empty when I took shower in evening. I only realized it after I had already soak my body with water. It was replaced the following morning. All other amenities were well supplied. All in all, these are minor issues which need attention. I had a great stay. WONDERFUL STAFF from Shuttle Drivers and all other personnel."
