"Presentes pour un concert, la situation de l'hot etait parfaite. 30mn a pieds, aucun probleme de stationnement. Chambre spatieuse, propre, bonne literie. Accueil chaleureux et avec beaucoup d'humour."

"They sent directions to access the property which were easy to follow. The property is modern, accessible and on the whole clean and well kept. We had adjoining rooms which were spacious enough, one had a separate toilet to the shower and the other had a small kitchenette. Decor was nice, combining some wall art with raw industrial aspects. Beds were comfortable, staff pleasant. We did not dine and were only here overnight. Soundproofing was not great as we heard people chatting in the corridor...

"Fantastic location within an easy walk to everything you would want to see. 3 min walk to Métro Rihour. Warm welcome from the front desk. They allowed an early check-in during heavy rain. Super explanation of hotel layout. After an email before our stay, they unfolded and made up the sofa bed ready for us."

"Le personnel d'étage est tellement pressé de faire votre chambre avant votre heure de départ qu'ils viennent vérifier si vous êtes là (alors que vous avez laissé le "Ne pas déranger" sur la porte) pendant que vous êtes au petit-déjeuner... Et tellement déçu que vous ne soyez pas déjà parti qu'il laisse votre porte de chambre ouvert avec tous vos effets à la portée de tous ! Inadmissible "

"Stylish and clean 2-bedroom apartment with a lift, right across the street from the train station and a close walk to the city center, Old Lille, Citadel, shopping and restaurants. Friendly and thoughtful property manager. I'd definitely recommend this stay. "

"super appartement, très bien placé, vieille ville accessible à pied 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au top point négatif, le salon donne sur une terrasse commune, mais pourquoi ???? le fin rideau ne permet pas de cacher l'intérieur le soir, vraiment dommage autre point un peu négatif : une des chambre a une mini fenetre qui donne sur le salon et qui ne possede pas de rideau occultant, donc reveillé tot tous les matins "

"Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague."
