"The only positive was that the desk agent helped us carry bags up 4 flights of stairs because there is no lift.
The entire place was dirty, the shower in the room had someone else’s hair in it still
Signs of bed bugs
Shelf was hanging off the wall. There were syringes and medical waste on the window ledge outside the room.
The shared toilet didn’t flush properly so it wasn’t clean.
I’ve seen better conditions in documentaries about labour camps. This place should be avoided. We left and booked another hotel somewhere else and the hotel refused to refund. Their business model is very much based on leveraging non refundable rates.
Book if you have a good credit card company that you can dispute the charge through. Travelocity support couldn’t help either.
Lesson learned."
