"Thoroughly enjoyed all associates and staff. Upbeat, service-oriented, very competent. Excellent communal working/living areas. The breakfast buffet was quie good and allowed us to get our day off to a timely and well-fed start. Our room had a bathroom door entrance that sounded like a pistol shot each time it was closed. Inconvenient but liveable. Yes, we would stay at other CitizenM hotels."

"The staff was welcoming and friendly when we arrived, even with the language barrier we were able to make know what we needed. The front desk staff were fluent in English so they were helpful in giving us pointers on getting around. It was quiet and very safe where we were. There was air conditioning that made our nights comfortable in the heat wave that was happening. The beds were a little hard."

"Fire my first trip to Paris as a solo traveler, the hotel was perfect. It was extremely close to the Metro entrance, it was clean, very modern, and the bar and lounge are was very welcoming and had a nice ambiance. As an American and English speaker, the staff was polite, accommodating and at least one staff member spoke English. My only complaint is how thin the walls are, but everything else about this hotel overshadows the lack of efficient sound barrier. Would definitely recommend."
