"We just had the best time at the Hotel Ampere, friendly welcoming staff and a very comfortable, quiet and clean room which was well appointed, only dropped one star for the slightly tired looking carpet. Jules checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and the staff helped us find our way around on the metro by printing of timetables and routes. "We had a beautiful stay here and can’t wait to come back. It was a perfect location, walkable to the Eiffel Tower as well as close to one of the stops for the hop on off bus. The staff was helpful and friendly and make our stay very welcoming. I felt safe as well as the building was always monitored as you leave the key at the hotel as you leave the hotel every time. "My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August. The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs and we walked to Monmartre every evening for dinner - Yes, those steps are a killer! The hotel is in a gated area and we felt very safe. Our room wasn't very big, but it suited our needs as we were only there to sleep and get changed. It was clean and the beds were changed every day. The bathroom, again, was clean and towels were changed daily. A big plus were the fluffy dressing...
