"Worst experience I have ever had so far from a hotel.
Because of the time zone I made a mistake making my reservation through Expedia and i booked an extra day instead of only two days. At the airport from hometown, i sent a text to the hotel letting them know I made a mistake but I was on my way to get there. Once I got to the hotel, they told me they marked it as a no show because i missed the first day. I called Expedia, they contacted the supervisor Daniela, but she kept denying my reservation and not giving other reasonable alternatives. She only said to make a new reservation. I asked them if I can make it directly to them and they denied me (She just did not want to help). At that point tired from my long flight, I made another reservation through Expedia. Not surprisingly, because I was so tired, I made my reservation to the sister hotel so I had to go there instead. Now I got a message and they will NOT reimburse my first reservation because it was not show (despite of the fact I did texted them and they never replied) and even if I did not text them at all. At least the could have accommodated me for the other two days or even make me pay an extra fee which I am not opposed to.
They really scammed me. Never again and I hope you find this review helpful so you know to what hotel you are making the reservation to. This is the type of hotel you want to AVOID at all cost."
