"The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accessibility to the slopes was convenient.
The internet did go out while I was there, and there were minimal offers to help mitigate my troubles with that. I did not have Swish, which was the only payment accepted. They wouldn't even take cash. In this event, it would be nice to have some things offered free of charge or have the ability to pay with cash. I was not even able to eat lunch one day."

"We had a really nice stay at the Hotell Fjallet, my wife had injured her ankle, so we got a room at the ground floor, very helpful staff. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant, we could see the northern lights outside from our room, and there was a fast charger for EVs next to the hotel, ideal to pop up the car for our trip to Norway the next day. "
