The room was very clean and a pleasant decor. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool had attendants and is good for families with children. We ate in the dining room which was disappointing. Overpriced menu and hidden charges, and staff disorganised and unattentive. Given a table in the overflow section despite booking a table and empty tables available in the main dining room.

Great to have 5 parking lots for plug in electric vehicule but people should be advise to unplug once the veihcule is fully charged so other can plug in too. Sometimes vehicules were plugged for more than 12 hours.

Booked through Expedia but I then called the hotel to ask for them to add a request for an early check in. We got to the hotel at 2 pm hoping our room would be ready. Front desk staff advised the room wasnt ready yet. I asked if they could request the maid clean our room next so we could get into the room. They advised they wouldn't do that and thry could only guarantee the room be ready by 4 pm. I asked if they could call me when the room was ready. They said thry wouldn't even do that. Very quiet in the hotel so i didn't think my requests were unreasonable. We left for 2 hours and returned at 4 pm and checked in without issue but I'm sure we could have gotten in earlier. Staff was just being rude and unflexible.

I was not informed that my King Suite with a view would have loud hotel construction right outside my window starting at 8 a.m. I would never have paid extra for a “view” just to see and hear construction. On top of that, the two young women at the front desk when I checked in were rude and unhelpful—they offered no directions, no courtesy, and were dismissive when I tried to ask questions. The noise from the hotel’s new wing construction was unbearable, and I ultimately decided to leave early because of it.
